CrewFinder facilitates communication and introduction but is not a party to any direct employment or independent contractor agreement formed between users.

2. Marketplace Disclaimer & Conduct

No Verification Guarantee: CrewFinder provides tools for profile creation and vetting disclosures, but does not independently verify every claim, credential, background check, work permit, or certification submitted by users.

User Vetting Responsibility: Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for conducting their own vetting, interviews, reference checks, identity verifications, and compliance checks (such as Form I-9 and tax filings) prior to hiring any worker.

No Liability for Employment Outcomes: CrewFinder is not responsible or liable for shift performance, workplace safety, wage payment disputes, employment outcomes, or the conduct, actions, or omissions of any user on or off the platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

When creating an account on CrewFinder, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information regarding your identity, qualifications, and business operations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Refrain from posting misleading job offers, fraudulent shift postings, or engaging in harassment or unlawful conduct.

4. Intellectual Property & Content

All platform logos, branding, graphics, design assets, and codebase are the exclusive property of CrewFinder. Users retain ownership of personal information submitted, but grant CrewFinder a limited license to display profile details to facilitate platform matching.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrewFinder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, inability to access services, or interactions with other platform users.
